About the client
Optymarket is a wholesale sourcing platform connecting manufacturers, distributors, and dealers.
Project objectives
  • Develop a platform for searching wholesale suppliers and buyers from scratch;
  • Attract manufacturers, distributors, and dealers to the platform.
Solution

This project involved implementing several key features, including the automation of purchasing processes, tender management, and ad network feed management.

Automation of purchase processes

Our specialists developed functionality to automate the entire purchasing process, from adding products to the cart to receiving them. Key requirements included:

  • Setting restrictions so that a user can only place items from one supplier in a single order;
  • Setting storage limits to enable automated processing from a single warehouse per application.

To address these requirements, our team implemented:

  • A shopping cart;
  • Order creation and online payment with mobile banking, tracking payment status, and confirming payment, after which applications are sent to the transport company;
  • Consignment note creation;
  • Automated notifications for suppliers and buyers on order status changes.

Additionally, we created an automated store moderation system, ensuring only available items with specific conditions are stocked.

Tender management

Through analytical work, the customer identified the need for a closed tender system among suppliers on the platform.

DOTSENKO.PRO specialists developed functionality allowing the platform to:

  • Receive feedback from suppliers;
  • Select candidates;
  • Communicate with candidates in a closed tender chat, where messages from suppliers can be hidden from each other;
  • Choose a contractor for the application;
  • Inform users about the tender's start and status changes of participants.
Feed management for ad networks
We successfully implemented feed management functionality for the Google Ads network. The challenge here was to create product feeds specific to each supplier or category, allowing flexibility for marketplace conditions.
Outcome

This summary covers only a portion of the functionality that the DOTSENKO.PRO team implemented. We successfully completed the project, fully integrating essential business processes into the portal.
